DRE CAMPBELL
DIRECTOR OF BASKETBALL OPERATIONS
Dre Campbell was born in St. Louis, Missouri and attended Parkway Central High School. While attending Parkway Central he was a 4 year starter for the Parkway Central Colts basketball and football team. He currently holds several basketball records for the Colts that include the All-Time Leading Scorer and All-Time Single Season Scoring Record 2x.
Dre Campbell is a graduate of Florida Southern College. He attended Florida Southern on a Presidential Academic Scholarship along with a basketball scholarship. While at Florida Southern he appeared in 93 games, and was a 2x Sunshine State Conference Champion. Coach Campbell was also able to appear in 2 NCAA tournaments. He was selected to sit on several committees such as the Conference’s diversity and inclusion team and Florida Southern's own diversity and inclusion team. Coach Campbell continued his educational and collegiate basketball career at Illinois Springfield where he was a Team Captain while helping the team to a school record in wins and also conference wins.
A Word From Coach Campbell:
Basketball has always been my passion! Basketball is more than a game for me as it has taught me life long lessons around team work, tenacity, and character. I am honored to have the opportunity to not only work around the game, but to work with parents and their children as they further develop their passion!


RANDY REED II
Randy Reed is the managing partner of M14Hoops Chesterfield, LLC. On top of his duties as the managing partner, Randy is also the Director of Programs at our Noblesville, IN location.
Randy was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. Before becoming a Director of our Noblesville location in 2021, Randy served part time as a Trainer with M14 for 4 years. Randy is also in charge of our Private and Team Instruction department.
Randy started his college career at Quincy University before transferring to St. Louis Community College (STLCC). While at STLCC, Randy was named a Third-Team All American, Region XVI Player of the Year, and finished 6th in the Nation for scoring at 22ppg. After one year at STLCC Randy transferred to the University of Nebraska at Omaha. During his time at Omaha Randy made the Summit League All-Academic Team and was selected to the NABC Honors Court. From Omaha he went on to play Professionally in 4 different countries: Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, and Qatar. As a pro Randy averaged 24 points and 5 rebounds per game.
A word from Randy: The original goal was to achieve my dreams. Once I achieved them, the new goal became to help others reach their dreams and with M14Hoops I can do just that.

ERIC EASTER
Eric Easter is the managing partner of M14Hoops Chesterfield, LLC. On top of his duties as the managing partner, Eric is also the Director of Programs at our Westfield, IN location.
Coach Eric was born in St. Louis but raised in Indianapolis. He is also a former M14Hoops player. Eric played his first two years of his college basketball career at John Wood Community College in Quincy, Illinois; where he led the team to an NJCAA DII Elite Eight appearance with a 6th place national finish. Before transferring to finish his career at Hannibal-LaGrange University in Hannibal, Missouri.
Eric was raised here in Indianapolis, graduating from Lawrence Central High School in 2017. Eric joined the M14 family as a player during the summer of 2016, and has since been with us as either a player or a coach. Throughout Eric’s college basketball career, he recorded 873 points and started in 92 of 97 games played throughout his career.
A word from Eric: I feel like I have come full circle from training with M14 as player, to now training younger M14Hoops players. I enjoy working with kids and helping them achieve success on the court.

MATT MILLER
FOUNDER OF M14HOOPS
Miller grew up in Aurora, IL and played basketball collegiately and professionally before starting the brand. On September 23rd, 2009 Matt started M14Hoops. The company was founded on the principles of hard work, dedication, teamwork and dreaming big! His love and dedication to bringing basketball into children's lives shows in how he runs the company and manages his coaches.
By 2014, M14Hoops was the #1 company for player development in the western suburbs. The company had grown to training over 500 players annually. In 2018, M14Hoops the facility officially opened in Aurora, IL. With the facility officially opening, M14Hoops increased their ability to develop basketball players by starting teams as well as offering speed, agility, and strength training. The facility offers complete player development both on and off the court.
A word from Matt: In those early days, I didn't have a clue about business. I just wanted to help each player I came in contact with get better. It was an obsession. I constantly studied the game of basketball, athletic movements, communication and tried to perfect my craft to the best of my ability.
The M14Hoops Chicagoland location now trains over 3,000 players annually and the impact on the western suburbs of Chicago has continued to grow tremendously. M14Hoops Chicago offers not only training, but teams as well as speed and agility training for complete player development. With over 20 employees in place to manage day to day operations; M14Hoops has a great team in place and looks forward to a bright future of training youth basketball players!
